You choose wood, a natural material. Due to the printing technique, the colors presented in the catalog may differ from the actual ones. Before purchase, it is recommended to consult at the point of sale. Due to the variety of structure and color, there may be a difference between the finished product and the color sample. Differences in the shades of individual door elements, knots, grain or structure cannot be the basis for a complaint. They create the unique character of the natural raw material, which is wood.

Standard Thermo The basic standard of our external doors. Warm and durable.

  • Thermal insulation (Ud): 0,9 W/m2 K for solid pine and oak doors and 0,97 W/m2 K for glazed doors
  • Anti-burglary class, certified: RC2/RC3 (Selected designs without glazing, at extra charge)

Standard RC3

CAL is the only manufacturer on the market that offers wooden doors in an increased resistance class – RC3 (almost twice the transition time than in the RC2 class).
Our doors provide increased security because:

  • the panel was solidly reinforced with two steel sheets,
  • the door frames are secured with aluminum slats,
  • the entire structure is reinforced with 4 hinges of increased strength,
  • They are equipped with a five-point lock designed by Winkhaus in cooperation with CAL, with the option of quick locking for when you are at home,
  • we used two class C anti-burglary inserts,
  • we have installed class 4 anti-burglary signs and handles with an insert cover,
  • We have used an anti-burglary so-called “French rebate” – protection against prying open the entire height of the door on the hinge side.
We have confirmed all this scientifically by successfully conducting:

  • door implementation tests at the Winkhaus laboratory in Mainingen, Germany,
  • static and dynamic load tests and attempts to unauthorized force entry of doors opening inwards and outwards at the Construction Techniques Laboratory.

We have not forgotten about comfort either. CAL anti-burglary doors have all the features of our other doors, and in particular they guarantee:

  • quiet house – very good acoustic insulation (42 dB),
  • beauty – rich colors of models and friendly nature of wood, and additionally the possibility of combining with elements made of stainless steel, glass and stone,
  • warm house – U d from 0.9 W/m 2 K.

Standard Arctic The standard of our external doors is adapted to passive and energy-efficient construction. Extremely frost-resistant, airtight even in summer!

  • Thermal insulation (Ud): 0,58 W/m2 K for solid pine doors, reference
  • Anti-burglary class, certified: RC2
  • Door leaf thickness: 90 mm / 94 mm (in the AluTherm collection) / 102 mm (in the Arbo collection)
  • Steel or aluminum sash frame reinforcement
  • Wooden door frame: 105 mm deep / 65 mm wide
  • Hinges adjustable in 3 planes: 4 pcs.

Standard Presenta The standard of our external doors, in which the leaf is flush with the surface of the frame thanks to hidden hinges. It looks phenomenal!

Standard CPH Component

Certified Passive House Component (CPH Component standard) – the first external door on the Polish market (also with sidelights) certified by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt. This certificate confirms that our doors are an excellent solution for all those who value thermal insulation and tightness and that they can be used in passive houses. The parameter testing and certification also included the door assembly system. Applies to selected models.

Unusual dimensions

Our system allows you to adjust the door dimensions to the opening in the building.
Single-leaf doors for openings ranging from 960 to 1230 mm wide and from 1830 to 2520 mm high.
Doors with sidelights allow you to increase the width in 10 mm increments from 1140 to 2950 mm. Sidelights do not allow you to increase the height. This can be done with a toplight.
The accessories include doors with opening extensions and double-leaf doors.
This means that we can make external doors for any opening with a width from 930 mm to 2950 mm and a height from 1816 mm to 3000 mm.
